  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven's broiler to high (500°F/260°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Carefully shuck the oysters, discarding broken shells and reserving the bottom halves.
  3. In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, and paprika until well combined.
  4. Place each shucked oyster on the baking sheet and spoon the topping mixture generously over them.
  5. Broil for 5-7 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
  6. Remove from the oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over each oyster before serving.
