  • 1 round loaf of sourdough bread (about 1 lb)
  • 1 wheel of brie cheese (8 oz)
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/4 cup walnuts or pecans, toasted (optional)
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut off the top of the sourdough bread and hollow out the inside.
  3. Place the brie cheese inside the hollowed-out bread bowl and cover it generously with cranberry sauce.
  4. Sprinkle chopped rosemary and toasted nuts on top if using.
  5. Drizzle honey over the mixture.
  6. Bake on a tray for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  7. Serve warm with pieces of bread from the bowl or fresh veggies for dipping.
