  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp dill weed (fresh or dried)
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and cool under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped dill pickles, red onion, and celery.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, dill weed, mustard powder, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Add the cooled pasta to the vegetable mixture and pour the dressing over it. Toss gently to combine.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
