- 1 cup dill pickles, chopped

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and cool under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped dill pickles, red onion, and celery.
- In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, dill weed, mustard powder, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add the cooled pasta to the vegetable mixture and pour the dressing over it. Toss gently to combine.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
