Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Sear the pork tenderloin in olive oil over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Place sliced onions in the bottom of the crockpot.

- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
