  • 60ml olive oil
  • 30ml balsamic vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion into manageable pieces.
  2. In a blender, combine all chopped vegetables with garlic cloves, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
