  • 3 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, pepper, and olive oil into a paste.
  3. Generously rub the mixture over the entire surface of the prime rib.
  4. Place the roast bone-side down in a roasting pan and roast at 450°F for 20 minutes.
