Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium cucumber (about 200g), grated
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried dill)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, drained cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
