- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Optional: Fresh thyme or rosemary for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and optional herbs until smooth.
- Place Brussels sprouts on one side of the baking sheet, drizzle half of the sauce over them, and toss to coat.
- Arrange seasoned chicken breasts on the other side of the baking sheet and brush generously with the remaining sauce.
