  • 1 medium sweet onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup red wine (optional)

Instructions

  2. Sauté onions and garlic: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until translucent.

  4. Shape meatballs: Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized spheres and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
