Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fill each donut cavity halfway with batter.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown; cool in the pan for five minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
