- 1 cup fresh orange juice (from about 3 oranges)
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Rinse and pat dry the ham hocks.
- In a bowl, combine orange juice, bourbon, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, garlic, and onions. Mix well.
