Instructions

- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter with sour cream (or yogurt), eggs, lemon juice, and zest until smooth.
- Gently fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined. Carefully fold in the blueberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 55-65 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it onto a wire rack.
