- 1 cup cremini mushrooms, chopped
- 1 cup shiitake mushrooms, chopped

- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)

- 1 tbsp fresh thyme or parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out thawed puff pastry on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into circles using a cookie cutter.
- Press the pastry circles into muffin tins to form tartlet shells and prick bottoms with a fork. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Add chopped mushrooms and cook until browned (7-8 minutes).
- In a bowl, mix sautéed mushrooms with heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, herbs, salt, pepper, and truffle oil.
- Fill each tartlet shell with the mushroom mixture and bake for another 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
