- 1 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar

- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and lightly grease a large roasting pan.
- Place the bone-in ham in the roasting pan, fat side up, and score the surface in a diamond pattern.
- In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, bourbon, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cloves.
- Generously pour half of the glaze over the ham, ensuring it seeps into the scores.
- Arrange pineapple rings around and on top of the ham; drizzle remaining glaze over them.
- Cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake for about 1 hour. Baste every 20 minutes.
