- 8–10 lbs bone-in ham
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- Zest of 2 oranges
- 10 whole cloves
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Place the bone-in ham in a roasting pan, fat side up. Score diamonds on top for better glaze absorption.
- In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, orange juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
- Push whole cloves into each diamond intersection on the ham.

- Cover loosely with foil and bake for about 1 hour. Remove foil halfway through for caramelization.
