- 1 cup root beer
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant (about 5 minutes).
- Transfer the beef mixture to the crockpot; add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, root beer, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
