- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
