Description

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut cream
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1 cup shredded coconut (toasted if desired)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a baking dish to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and coconut cream until smooth. Pour over the crust evenly.
  3. Spread whipped topping over the coconut filling evenly.
  4. Sprinkle shredded coconut on top. For added crunch, toast in a skillet beforehand.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
