Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (chopped)

  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté chopped spinach until wilted (about 3-4 minutes).
  3. In a bowl, mix sautéed spinach with crumbled feta, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into a triangle shape resembling a tree.
  5. Place filling on one half of the pastry triangle; fold the other half over and seal edges with a fork.
  6. Brush the top with an egg wash for shine. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
