Easy to prepare and endlessly customizable, these loaded fries are sure to become a favorite in your home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb frozen French fries (crinkle-cut or straight-cut)
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread frozen fries in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake according to package instructions until golden brown and crispy (20-25 minutes), flipping halfway through.
  3. While fries are baking, season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until browned on both sides (about 6-8 minutes). Remove from heat and slice.
  4. In another pan, fry bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Once the fries are ready, remove from the oven and sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over them. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
  6. Top cheesy fries with sliced chicken, chopped bacon, ranch dressing, and garnish with green onions before serving hot.
