  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted cold butter, cubed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream, chilled
  • 1/4 cup dry champagne or sparkling wine

Instructions
