Instructions

  6. Roll tablespoon-sized portions into balls and place them on a lined baking sheet, spacing them two inches apart.
  7. Using your thumb, create an indentation in each ball and fill with jam.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are lightly golden and centers remain soft. Cool on a wire rack.
