  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
