Description

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine rhubarb, mixed berries, and sugar. Cook until the fruit softens and becomes syrupy (about 10 minutes).
  2. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.
  3. Once cooled, mash the fruit mixture to your desired consistency.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cooled fruit mixture.
