- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour and baking powder. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Stir in sugar and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs and vanilla; combine with the flour mixture until just mixed.
- Toss berries with sugar in a small bowl; let sit for 10 minutes to release juices.
- Roll out dough on a floured surface to 1/4 inch thick. Cut into strips and spoon berry filling onto one end of each strip.
- Fold over to create pockets and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
