- 4 cinnamon sticks

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern about half an inch deep.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine apple cider, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, ground cloves, and cinnamon sticks. Stir until sugar dissolves and mixture thickens slightly (about 10 minutes).
