  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (sifted)
  • 1 cup mini chocolate eggs (crushed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter and cocoa powder until smooth. Add sugar and eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Fold in flour gently until just combined; do not overmix.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract until creamy.
  5. Gently fold crushed chocolate eggs into both brownie batter and cheesecake mixture.
  6. Pour half the brownie batter into the prepared pan, dollop cheesecake mixture on top, then swirl with a knife.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the brownie but slightly sticky from cheesecake. Cool before slicing.
