Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes is a savory delight featuring tender steak and crispy potatoes, all infused with rich garlic butter for an unforgettable meal.


Ingredients

  • Ribeye Steak
  • Baby Potatoes
  • Fresh Garlic
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Olive Oil
  • Fresh Rosemary or Thyme
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse and halve baby potatoes, then toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden.
  2. Season ribeye steak generously with salt and pepper. Let rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat and melt butter until bubbling. Sear the steak for 4-5 minutes per side until desired doneness.
  4. In the last minute of cooking, add crushed garlic and herbs to the skillet, basting the steak with melted garlic butter.
  5. Remove from heat and let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with roasted potatoes.
