- Ribeye Steak
- Baby Potatoes
- Fresh Garlic
- Unsalted Butter

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse and halve baby potatoes, then toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden.
- Season ribeye steak generously with salt and pepper. Let rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat and melt butter until bubbling. Sear the steak for 4-5 minutes per side until desired doneness.
- In the last minute of cooking, add crushed garlic and herbs to the skillet, basting the steak with melted garlic butter.
- Remove from heat and let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with roasted potatoes.
