  • 2 heads romaine lettuce, halved lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup homemade Caesar dressing
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup homemade croutons
  • Freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400°F).
  2. Brush the grill grates with oil to prevent sticking.
  3. Drizzle halved romaine with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill cut-side down for 2-3 minutes until charred. Flip and sprinkle Parmesan on top; close the lid for 1 minute to melt cheese.
