Instructions
- Prepare the dough by warming milk to about 110°F (43°C) and mixing in active dry yeast. Let sit until frothy.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt; create a well in the center. Pour in the yeast mixture, softened butter, and eggs; mix until combined.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth.
- Place in an oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
