Instructions

  2. Slice the baguette into thin pieces. Place on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados until creamy yet chunky.
  4. Peel and dice the kiwis; add them to the mashed avocado along with the chopped red onion.
  5. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and stir gently to combine.
  6. Fold in the chopped cilantro and season with salt.
