  • 10 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a skillet over medium heat, sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds. Add diced chicken, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is no longer pink.

  4. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil. Fry taquitos seam-side down until golden brown on all sides.
