- 2 lbs butternut squash, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions
- Boil salted water in a large pot. Add cubed butternut squash and cook for about 15 minutes until tender.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté diced onions and minced garlic for about 5 minutes until soft.
