  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)

Instructions

  1. Prepare silicone molds by cleaning them thoroughly.
  2. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl using 30-second increments until smooth.
  3. Stir in cocoa powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Spoon melted chocolate into molds to create an even coating; reserve some for sealing.
  5. Chill molds in the fridge for about 10 minutes until firm.
  6. Fill half of each bomb with mini marshmallows and sprinkle extra spices on top.
  7. Seal with remaining chocolate by topping off each half and smoothing edges.
  8. Allow to cool completely before serving or storing.
