  • 16 oz fresh or frozen gnocchi
  • 2 medium carrots, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion, carrots, and celery; sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
