- 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs

- 4 cups fresh mashed potatoes (about 2 lbs potatoes)

- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper until combined. Shape into golf ball-sized meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until browned.
