Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash the russet potatoes thoroughly.
- Place the washed potatoes directly on the oven rack and bake for 45-60 minutes until fork-tender.
- Once baked, allow the potatoes to cool slightly before slicing them in half lengthwise. Scoop out the insides into a mixing bowl, leaving a thin layer inside each skin.

- Spoon the filling back into each potato half and mound it high.
