  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
