  • 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 cups marinara sauce (jarred or homemade)
  • 4 sturdy sub rolls
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper until combined but not overworked.
