- 8 flour tortillas

- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp chili powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink.
- Add chopped onions, cumin, and chili powder; cook until onions are translucent (about 5 minutes).
- Warm tortillas in the microwave for about 30 seconds to make them pliable.
- Spread the meat mixture down the center of each tortilla, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
- Pour red enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
