Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix strawberries, rhubarb, sugar, flour, lemon juice, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Roll out the pie crust and fit it into a pie dish. Fill with the strawberry-rhubarb mixture and dot with butter.
- Cover with another layer of crust or create a lattice top. Seal edges securely.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes until the crust is golden brown and filling bubbles.
