  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp chili paste (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Slice the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, chili paste, and cornstarch to create a marinade. Coat the chicken in this mixture.
