- 1 large onion (sliced into wedges)

- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Juice of 1 lime
- Tortillas (flour or corn)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the bell peppers and onion into strips and wedges.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss diced chicken in the mixture until well coated.
- Spread the seasoned chicken and veggies evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
