- 2 cups fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup canned crushed tomatoes
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pat chicken breasts dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
