- Tortillas (corn or flour)

Instructions
- Season the chuck roast with salt and pepper on all sides.
- Sear the roast in a hot skillet until browned evenly.
- Transfer the seared roast to a slow cooker and add onions, garlic, honey, chipotle peppers, and beef broth.
- Slow cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours until the beef is fork-tender.
- Shred the beef and mix it back into the cooking juices.
