Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz spaghetti or fettuccine
  • 1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak, cut into strips
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and toss with a bit of olive oil to prevent sticking.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and sear seasoned steak strips for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and let rest.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, then stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Return cooked pasta and steak to the skillet; toss gently to coat in the sauce.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley or additional Parmesan if desired.
