  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped

  • 1 cup lager or pale ale beer
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 hamburger buns

Instructions
