  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.

  4. Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Remove from skillet and let rest.
  5. Pour reserved marinade into the skillet, bring to a simmer, and cook until slightly thickened (about 5 minutes).
  6. Slice the chicken, drizzle with sauce, and serve with desired sides.
