Description

Watermelon Lemonade is the ultimate summer refresher, bursting with vibrant flavors and perfect for hot days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups fresh watermelon, cubed (seedless, if possible)
  • 34 fresh lemons (about ½ cup lemon juice)
  • ½ cup sugar (adjust to taste; can substitute with honey or agave)
  • 2 cups filtered water (or sparkling for a fizzy twist)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the watermelon in half and scoop out 4 cups of flesh, discarding seeds.
  2. Roll and juice the lemons until you have about ½ cup of juice.
  3. Blend the watermelon chunks with half of the lemon juice until smooth.
  4. (Optional) Strain the mixture to remove pulp for a smoother drink.
  5. In a pitcher, combine watermelon juice, remaining lemon juice, sugar, and water; stir until dissolved.
  6. Serve over ice, garnished with mint leaves or lemon slices.
