Ingredients

  • Mini marshmallows
  • Cream cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Powdered sugar
  • Shredded coconut
  • Pineapple chunks

Instructions

  1. Peel and segment 4-5 large oranges over a bowl to catch the juice.
  2. In another bowl, blend 8 ounces of softened cream cheese with 1 cup of sour cream until smooth. Gradually mix in 1/3 cup of powdered sugar.
  3. Gently fold in 1 cup of mini marshmallows and 1 cup of shredded coconut into the cream mixture.
